About The Position

This is not a training role. We’re hiring experienced acquisitions professionals who can take live seller leads and close deals from day one. We are a real estate wholesaling company that buys houses directly from homeowners nationally. Most deals we wholesale — the best ones we buy and flip ourselves with our own capital. Unlike most wholesalers, we can fund deals when it matters. This is not a brokerage and not a lead-gen middleman — we have real funding, real deal flow, and a real operation behind you. Most of our leads are inbound or warm: PPC (Google Ads), Meta (Facebook), Pay-Per-Lead, Direct Mail, and niche lists (pre-foreclosure, tax delinquent, probate). You spend your time on real seller conversations, not chasing cold prospects. We are a lean, fast-growing team building a focused acquisitions operation around fewer, stronger people instead of just adding headcount. You work directly with the founder — no corporate layers, no bureaucracy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in wholesaling acquisitions
  • Stable tenure in recent roles
  • Virtual closing experience strongly preferred (or demonstrate phone closing ability)
  • Experience in a wholesaling company or as an independent wholesaling operator
  • Not currently running your own acquisitions business
  • Fluent English required
  • Full-time commitment — no other active jobs or side businesses

  • Spanish is a strong plus
  • Flexibility to work from the Fort Lauderdale area if a hybrid model is introduced in the future
