The Senior Product Manager - Strategic Clients & Projects Lead will serve as the primary product and technology expert for large, strategic global clients and high-value prospect engagements across Real Assets. Reporting to the Head of Product – Real Assets, this role is essential to winning, onboarding, and retaining the organization's most important clients by translating complex business requirements into feasible, scalable product solutions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Experience teams throughout the client lifecycle—from discovery sessions and demos to solution design and implementation. This position requires the ability to balance bespoke client needs with platform scalability, ensuring that customizations align with strategic product direction while accelerating time-to-value. The role demands deep alternative investment domain expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the strategic judgment to determine optimal delivery approaches (partner/build/buy) for new capabilities that drive both client satisfaction and business growth.
