React Native Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a React Native Developer to design, develop, test, or guide mobile application experiences across supported devices and platforms. The work includes application architecture, user experience, API integration, performance, and release support. The successful candidate will apply practical expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, navigation, state management, native device APIs, and mobile testing; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle. This is a full-time, direct W2 position. It is remote and does not accept C2C or 1099 arrangements. The stated annual salary range is $115,000–$165,000. Candidates including U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply. The company cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.
Requirements
- Typically 4+ years in a related professional role; the exact threshold must match the approved requisition.
- Practical experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, navigation, state management, native device APIs, and mobile testing.
- Professional experience in mobile application development, testing, architecture, or design relevant to the role.
- Knowledge of the iOS, Android, or cross-platform technologies identified for the position.
- Experience with the mobile application lifecycle, APIs, device capabilities, and debugging.
- Understanding of mobile testing, performance, accessibility, and secure data handling.
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Additional hands-on depth in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, navigation, state management, native device APIs, and mobile testing.
- Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices relevant to the project.

Responsibilities
- Develop or guide mobile application features, architecture, and reusable components.

- Create automated tests and troubleshoot device, OS, network, and release issues.
