About The Position
The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for the placement and retrieval of merchandise in reserve storage locations and replenishing merchandise in pick lines using stand-up lift equipment or other equipment as directed by the supervisor. This role requires operating a stand-up lift up to 6 levels high, removing empty pallets, and verifying inventory locations with radio frequency unit information. The operator must meet and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a stand-up lift.
- Ability to use handheld/lift-mounted radio frequency unit.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Communication skills.
- Competency to obtain a lift operator license.

- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Dependability and team spirit.
Nice To Haves
- High Reach / Stand-Up Experience preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required.
- Previous industrial equipment experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operates a stand-up lift to replenish merchandise in the order filling areas up to 6 levels high or to put away merchandise in storage areas.
- Removes empty pallets from pick lines and storage areas.
- Verifies inventory locations with radio frequency unit information.
- Meets and maintains safety, quality, and productivity standards.
