About The Position
Become a Key Player as a Reach Truck Operator (Bolt Driver). You will support inbound put-away and outbound picking in a high-rack distribution environment, helping the team maintain accurate inventory flow and on-time shipments. You will work onsite on a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) with possible overtime as volume requires. Your work directly affects warehouse efficiency and safety for the organization.
Requirements
- Verifiable, recent reach truck experience (not stand-up counterbalance or sit-down substitution)
- Comfortable placing loads at full rack height
- Proficiency with WMS and handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Must pass a written equipment assessment before start
- Must pass a hands-on reach truck certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite
- Comply with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access, and GFSI food-safety standards
Responsibilities
- Operate a reach truck for inbound put-away and outbound pick support
- Place and retrieve pallets in racking at height accurately and without damage
- Follow WMS directions and use handheld scanners for location scanning and confirmation
- Assist with restacking as necessary to maintain safe, organized racking
- Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects promptly
