About The Position

A Reach Truck Driver safely operates a reach truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center, including locations up to 30 feet high. The role handles palletized inventory in narrow aisles and elevated storage locations while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to frequently lift 20–40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to transport, load, unload, and stack materials in warehouse racking systems.
• Place and retrieve pallets from high rack locations with precision.
• Ensure accurate product placement and inventory movement according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts, order picking, and staging materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow and productivity.
