About The Position

A successful Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for unloading and loading inbound and outbound products and moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting products. The role uses powered industrial equipment to handle, stage, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and safe operating practices.

The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The hourly rate is $20.50, plus a $1.00 shift differential. ID Logistics describes its benefits program as part of its commitment to investing in employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of Electric Pallet Jack Operator experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods.
• Follow distribution-center PPE standards, such as wearing steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and a safety vest, as well as other standards provided by site leadership.
• Safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Follow customer requirements and other instructions to ensure accurate load counts, product stability, and safe loading and unloading.
• Complete daily equipment inspections.
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean as you go.
• Operate safely and report unsafe conditions that cannot be self-corrected to the leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
