About The Position

This role involves various warehouse operations including restocking products, bulk-picking from racking based on picking tickets, moving pallets, consolidating pallets for space utilization, receiving and distributing products, assisting with outbound shipments, and performing inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience as a Reach truck operator (Crown), and a valid stand-up reach truck certification. The operator must demonstrate a proven ability to safely operate lift trucks, maintain a high degree of attention to prevent injury, follow operating instructions, execute assignments accurately and safely, possess good communication and teamwork skills, and maintain prompt and reliable attendance. Basic computer skills are considered a plus.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Reach truck operator (Crown)
• Must have stand-up reach truck certification previously.
• Proven ability to safely operate lift truck
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others and promote a safe work environment.
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Good communication skills.
• Team oriented thinking.
• Prompt and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Restock products based on daily needs
• Bulk-pick products from racking based on daily picking tickets
• Move pallets from receiving floor to assigned locations on the racks or to temporary locations
• Consolidate pallets to organize warehouse space and increase/improve space utilization
• Receive and distribute products or packages throughout facility
• Assist with loading shipments for outbound trucks
• Verify inventory, cycle count products to increase inventory accuracy
