Circle K is seeking an RE Development Manager to provide data and guidance for financial analysts to run financial models for qualifying new sites for lease or purchase. This role involves negotiating purchase contracts and leases, preparing real estate proposals, and supporting the Real Estate Coordinator with market tours and reviews. The manager will also oversee due diligence, entitlement activity, beer and wine applications, and escrow closings, including meetings with government officials and public hearings. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with architects, engineers, attorneys, and other consultants, designing projects with the internal management team, and ensuring compliance with all requirements, policies, and regulations. The role also includes achieving financial objectives through budgeting, expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, and initiating corrective actions. It involves preparing operational and risk reports, managing staff through recruitment, training, and performance appraisal, and maintaining professional knowledge through continuous learning and networking. The RE Development Manager will contribute to team efforts by meeting financial and Key Result Area targets.
