As an office supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient implementation of all Regional Operations Center (RDC) administrative functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years related experience.
  • Knows the principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Some experience with general office applications such as FAX and EDI.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Prefer experience using SAP including using queries.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support an administrative support team.
  • Work with management to ensure all safety training, documentation and postings are completed and maintained.
  • Ensure all incidents and publications are communicated and posted appropriately.
  • Responsible for customer service in operational issues.
  • Support order management, records management and develop budgets.
  • Maintain SOX key warehouse controls with direction from RDC and financial management.
  • Facilitate the generation of reports, maintenance logs and assist with maintaining metrics.
  • Participate in other projects as assigned.
