About The Position

RDA for highly reviewed, Fee-for-Service private practice focusing on cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry. This role is for a cheerful RDA who loves high-end care, team growth, and enjoys working with an amazing team who really cares about what they do for our patients and for each other. The practice works hard to deliver exceptional customer service with customized care and rewards that dedication. The team recently enjoyed a trip to Great America and there is an Employee of the Month recognition program. The team's input directly shapes patient care and office flow. Employees will train and work with state-of-the-art dental tech and facilities. Practice hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Friday hours for big cases planned ahead of time.

Responsibilities

Partner with the clinical team to deliver high level comprehensive care.
Facilitate co-diagnosis by discussing restorative, periodontal, and occlusal needs with patients.
Lead special projects that expand our practice's reputation and clinical standards.
