About The Position
Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the Houston area. As a Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day. This role serves patients throughout the greater Houston area.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dental assistant experience
- Active state-level Dental Assistant certification
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record, age 25+
- Comfort working in patients homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures
- Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization
- Educate patients and their families on care and next steps
- Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule
