About The Position
West Coast Dental, a group of over 45 dental offices serving Southern California for over 30 years, is seeking Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) for their dynamic, fast-growing organization. They offer a full range of general and specialty care, including orthodontics, to a diverse patient base. They utilize a digital state-of-the-art practice management system and offer a team approach to patient care across their geographically diverse offices in Southern California.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant certificate in California.
- Current x-ray license in California.
- Current coronal polish and sealant certification.
- Adherence to strict OSHA compliance.
- Knowledge of sterilization procedures.
- Willing to work full-time.

- Specialty dental assisting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
- Collaborating with an entire office team, from the dentists to receptionists, to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
- Learning how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
- Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment.
