Micron Technology is seeking an RDA Applications Engineer for their innovative Fab. This role involves working with advanced inline RDA Inspection tools to inspect and monitor line health. The engineer will learn to use state-of-the-art inline RDA Inspection equipment and processes to troubleshoot, inspect, and monitor line health. The primary goal is to develop SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope)/ADC recipes, inspection techniques, and recipes on Optical (Brightfield/Darkfield) Tool Sets to quantify wafer fabrication performance. The position requires individuals passionate about problem detection and eager to drive improvements. Opportunities include learning additional inspection equipment and applications, and using data analysis skills for visualization and quantification of processes. This role offers collaboration with engineers in process integration, process development, data science, and yield analysis within the ID1 facility, with the potential for global impact. Responsibilities include supporting experimentation, analyzing data, tracking health metrics, collaborating with Technical Development, and working in High Volume Manufacturing.
