RAM RDA Process Engineer

Micron TechnologyBoise, ID

About The Position

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. We are at the center of high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, driving faster learning cycles and earlier detection of process issues that impact yield and quality. Our Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) team partners closely with global manufacturing sites, process integration, process development, yield engineering, and data science teams to identify defect trends and improve process performance. We use advanced inspection technologies, data-driven insights, and collaborative problem-solving to help ensure manufacturing excellence across Micron's global network. As an ID1 RDA Process Engineer, you will play an important role in monitoring inline defectivity, identifying process anomalies, and driving defect reduction initiatives. You will learn to leverage advanced inspection and metrology tools, analyze large data sets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-volume manufacturing processes, transfer new technologies into production, and contribute to yield and quality improvements across global operations.
