EO/AA This position delivers training in a variety of settings, including traditional classroom, one-to-one, and small groups. The incumbent collaborates with management to assess training needs, make recommendations, develop training material, and deliver training classes encompassing both the operational and professional programs. The RCSS Training Specialist effectively works with IT Training to promote a complete training experience while, at the same time, ensuring staff professional development. The position will also manage testing during system upgrades, track upgrade communication, as well as coordinates RCSS related Pulse updates and structure.
