About The Position

This position delivers customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, financial counseling and individual solutions, cashiering, release of information, and customer service. The position follows departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. It handles tasks of greater complexity than those assigned to an RCS Associate, with higher productivity and quality standards. The onsite location is Revenue Cycle White River Blvd in Muncie, Indiana, with an opportunity for a remote schedule. The employee must be able to train new hires onsite. For employees serving as the Individual Solutions Coordinator (ISC), a current Indiana State Navigator's license is required.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• High level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
• Must be able to train new hires onsite.
• For those serving as the Individual Solutions Coordinator (ISC), a current Indiana State Navigator's license is required.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle is strongly preferred.
