Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in environmental services, hazardous waste management, or related B2B sales
- Working knowledge of RCRA regulations, EPA guidelines, and hazardous waste compliance requirements
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage a full sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts requiring RCRA-compliant total waste management solutions
- Conduct waste stream assessments and present tailored hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert on RCRA regulations, EPA compliance, and waste minimization strategies
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing for waste management services
- Facility Quarterly Business Reviews
