This role is for a highly motivated Quality Review Specialist who can understand and perform responsibilities in conjunction with internal and external customers via phone, software applications, and email. The specialist will be responsible for accurate posting of payments from multiple sources for multiple clients, reconciling deposits, and resolving complex discrepancies. They will also locate and upload payment remittance advice (RA), review RA for appropriate payments, adjustments, balance transfers, and recoupments, and assist with special projects and report compilation. Additionally, the role involves responding to inquiries regarding payments and reconciliation, performing quality reviews on cash posting transactions, making procedure recommendations, and updating procedure documents for optimal performance. The specialist will communicate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional departments to identify potential risks and solutions for performance improvement, identify process deficiencies through analysis and trends, and identify training needs, provide education, and assist in implementing procedure changes. They will ensure SLAs and quality of work thresholds are maintained, drive change through collaboration, influence, and partnerships, and manage workload to complete assignments timely. Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.
