The specialist will also assist with special projects, compile reports, respond to inquiries, and make recommendations for procedure improvements. Collaboration with clients and cross-functional departments is key to identifying risks and solutions for performance improvement. The role also involves identifying training needs, providing education, and assisting with the implementation of procedure changes, while ensuring SLAs and quality thresholds are maintained. Driving change through collaboration, influence, and partnerships, managing workload, and completing assignments timely are essential. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
