About The Position

You will be responsible for checking in vehicles and equipment into our inventory system. This includes processing condition reports on all lease and bank owned vehicles, using a mobile device and VIN to enter vehicle information into the inventory system, parking trucks, assisting with jump starting trucks, moving HD trucks around on auction property (including driving trucks on sale day), and assisting customers in finding their trucks on the property.

Requirements

• Must be able to drive a manual transmission
• Must be comfortable using technology (tablets, smart phones, laptops)
• Must be willing to learn how to drive HD truck, CDL license is not required
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be willing to learn, and use online payroll systems for time keeping
• Must have a valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Process condition reports on all lease and bank owned vehicles

• Park trucks as needed
• Assist with jump starting trucks as needed
• Move HD trucks around on auction property as needed, including driving trucks on sale day
• Assist customers finding their trucks on our property
