About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking dedicated individuals to work as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing 1-on-1 ABA therapy to a 2-year-old girl with autism in her home. This role involves implementing play-based ABA techniques designed by a licensed BCBA to help children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence. You will work consistently with the same child, helping them make progress in their everyday environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. The position offers flexible part-time hours, making it a great fit for those looking to supplement their current income or school schedule.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism)
- ABA experience a plus!
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet.
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together.
