About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes, providing 1-on-1 support through play-based ABA therapy. This role focuses on helping children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence. You will work consistently with the same children in their everyday environments, making a meaningful impact. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for individuals seeking flexible part-time hours to supplement their current schedule.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
- Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet.
- Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow techs to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate achievements.
