RBT For 4 Year Old Boy (Mon-Fri: 8-11 / 12-3)
About The Position
BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a sweet 4-year-old boy with autism in his home. This role offers flexible part-time hours, making it a great fit for those looking to supplement their current job or school schedule. As an RBT/BT, you will work directly in families' homes, providing one-on-one support to children with autism or developmental delays. Your primary goal will be to help them build essential daily living skills, improve communication, foster independence, and boost confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. You will work consistently with the same children, helping them achieve real progress in their everyday environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. The company provides training and support to meet each child's unique needs.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
- Afternoon/evening availability
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
- Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together
