About The Position

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their homes. This role focuses on helping children develop essential life skills, improve communication, foster independence, and build confidence through play-based ABA techniques. You will work consistently with the same children, supporting their development in their natural environments. This is a hands-on, impactful position for those who are patient, energetic, and creative, with opportunities for training and support to meet each child's unique needs.

Requirements

Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet.
Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together.
