Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years experience in transportation; knowledge within LTL, TL and PTL modes desired
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess a strong sense of urgency
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly effective problem solving skills
- Maintain composure under high stress situations
Nice To Haves
- Forklift driving experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Print and collate paperwork needed for all LTL, TL, Priority and customer pick up loads
- Assume responsibility for proper document handling
- Maintain appointment/scheduling calendar
- Keep Customer Care informed of freight/delivery concerns
- Communicate with LTL carriers on any issues
- Perform other appropriate duties at the discretion of management
