About The Position

Sofidel America, a manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use, is seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator to support raw material activities in warehouse and production operations. The role involves safe handling, accurate inventory execution, efficient material movement, timely staging, and support of production operations. The operator works closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams and reports to the Integrated Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or Raw Material Supervisor, depending on the site and operational structure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required, or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support team operations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials within the warehouse and to production areas.
• Stage materials according to production schedules and operational needs.
• Perform inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues to supervision.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtime.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
