About The Position

The Raw Materials Receiving Team Member is responsible for physically and systematically receiving, inspecting, storing, rotating, counting, and staging incoming materials. The team member maintains a clean work area consistent with food-manufacturing standards; supplies materials to production; returns materials to racks when needed; and moves pallets to and from the production area. Other duties may be assigned. The position reports to the Warehouse or Operations Team Lead.

This is the Green Night shift, scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM, with pay listed as $22.00 hourly plus $3.00. The role requires a safety mindset and availability for pre-shift meetings when applicable, as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience is required.
• Ability to read, understand, and effectively communicate with team members in the immediate area.
• Ability to perform simple math and conversions, including millimeters to inches and grams to ounces, and use formulas to compute run rates.
• Must be honest, dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and a team player able to interact with management and co-workers.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding and carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions.
• Must be available for pre-shift meetings when applicable and able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of forklift, loading, unloading, and inventory experience preferred.
• High-lift reach truck experience preferred.
• WMS system experience preferred.
