Requirements
- Strong foundation in attention to detail and organization.
- Observant for inspecting raw materials and ensuring they meet quality standards.

- Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
Responsibilities
- Chip frozen meat blocks apart
- Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment
- Mix ingredients together
- Add oils as needed per customer specifications
- Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards
- Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner
- Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing when needed
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw ingredients while ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise and maintain an organized workplace.
- Operating machinery, conducting inventory checks, and collaborating with various departments to meet production goals.
- Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture that fosters innovation and customer-centricity.
