Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw ingredients while ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Operating machinery.
- Conducting inventory checks.
- Collaborating with various departments to meet production goals.
- Engaging in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Chip frozen meat blocks apart.
- Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment.
- Mix ingredients together.
- Add oils as needed per customer specifications.
- Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards.
- Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner.
- Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing when needed.
