Students at FPU Only - Raven Sports Network Camera Operator AY26-27
About The Position
The Fitzwater Center is seeking 8 students to work as Camera Operators for the Raven Sports Network. Camera operators will be assigned to a specific team and are expected to cover all home games for that team throughout the season. Teams covered in the fall include Field Hockey, Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer, and Football. Responsibilities include picking up equipment from the Fitzwater Center, setting it up and testing it for Flo-Sport deadline one hour before showtime, operating the camera during the game, professionally tearing down equipment, taking inventory, and returning equipment to the Fitzwater Center or passing it on to the next livestream.
Requirements
- Undergo training at the start of the season.
- Attend weekly production meetings on Fridays, 8 am.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Be on call for unexpected vacancies.
- Football operators must have at least one semester's camera operator experience.
- Ability to drive a van or shuttle for RSN to transport equipment and/or students/staff.

Responsibilities
