About The Position

The Operations Intern, Ratings Operations (ROS), plays a critical role in supporting our talent initiatives and enabling the effective, efficient operations of global Ratings processes. As a strategic partner to multiple teams, including Commercial, Data, Analytical, Compliance, and Technology, the intern leverages business knowledge and operational acumen to continuously improve processes and align with business value.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain poised in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, speaking, and writing).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of business partners in a team-oriented, global environment.
  • Strong ability to guide and influence colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable self-starter who takes initiative and drives tasks to completion with strong execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and editing content for executive updates, program communications, and internal team messages.
  • Organize and maintain a library of internal documents, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.
  • Support team priorities, including continuous improvement and change management, with pace and quality to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and refine templates for program updates, KPIs, FAQs, and other recurring needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure accuracy in communications.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance internal processes and communications.
