About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking a Rate Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time position with shifts available on both the 1st and 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. The role involves rating bills, handling a high volume of calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls, working with clients and internal departments, and auditing invoices. Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well organized
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Rating Bills
• Answering high volume calls on a multi-line system
• Redirecting calls to appropriate contacts
• Work directly with clients and internal departments
• Audit invoices for corrections
• Other duties may apply as requested by management.
