About The Position

Pfizer's Rare Disease – Hemophilia Sales organization aims to improve the lives of individuals with hemophilia by connecting scientific innovation with the clinicians and systems that provide care. This role emphasizes integrity and patient needs, compliantly promoting Pfizer Hemophilia therapies, assisting customers with appropriate use, and reducing barriers to access and care coordination to ensure more patients can initiate and maintain the correct therapy. The impact is improved, more consistent patient outcomes and a higher standard of care within the hemophilia community. In rare diseases, this involves supporting appropriate diagnosis, referral to Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) when applicable, initiation, and persistence by engaging hematologists, HTC multidisciplinary teams, and allied care partners involved in bleeding disorder management. The role also focuses on disease education grounded in evidence, reinforcing evidence-based value narratives with approved materials to support informed clinical decision-making in hemophilia.
