About The Position

The Range Attendant at Great Shots supports the facility’s maintenance and customer-service operations. Duties include cleaning golf balls to brand standards, refilling golf ball dispensers for each bay, and assisting on the tee line and throughout the building as needed. The role also involves identifying and reporting supply needs, performing general repairs and maintenance, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility through janitorial work such as emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging furniture. The attendant is expected to maintain regular and reliable attendance, communicate effectively with patrons and coworkers, establish effective working relationships, and perform other duties as required. The position requires being on one’s feet for most of the day and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the job duties.
• Depending on location, a valid driver's license and good driving record may be required.
• Must be able to be on feet for the majority of the day.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean golf balls to brand standards and refill golf ball dispensers for each bay.
• Assist on the tee line and throughout the building as necessary.
• Identify and report supply needs to a supervisor.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance in all areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging furniture.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patrons and coworkers.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
