About The Position

The Range Attendant at Great Shots is responsible for retrieving and cleaning golf balls, refilling golf ball dispensers, assisting on the tee line and throughout the building, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. The role also includes general repairs and maintenance, identifying and reporting supply needs, and providing customer service to patrons and coworkers. Regular and reliable attendance is required. The position requires being on one's feet for most of the day and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the job duties.
Depending on location, a valid driver's license and good driving record may be required.
Must be able to be on feet for most of the day.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Retrieve golf balls inside and outside the hitting area.
Clean golf balls to brand standards and refill golf ball dispensers for each bay.
Assist on the tee line and throughout the building as necessary.
Identify and report supply needs to a supervisor.
Perform general repairs and maintenance in all areas.
Maintain facility cleanliness and appearance, including emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging furniture.
Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patrons and coworkers.
Establish effective working relationships.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as required.
