Requirements

Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
High School Education or equivalent
Strong Customer Service Skills
Excellent Computer Skills for reporting and monitoring

Nice To Haves

First aid certification an asset

Responsibilities

Conduct exterior and interior patrols of the premises.
Monitor and manage access to the site.
Act promptly and appropriately in emergency situations.
Interact with individuals in a friendly and professional manner.
Be a visible deterrent to vagrancy, vandalism, and loitering by staying vigilant and patrolling key areas regularly.
Maintain a friendly but professional demeanor at all times.
Perform any other duties as required.
Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
