About The Position
Road & Rail Services is hiring Railcar Loaders in the Mulberry / Bone Valley area. This is a hands-on, physical role working in fertilizer operations where you'll help load product into railcars for shipment. If you're comfortable working outdoors, okay with heights, and looking for steady, long-term work, this is a strong opportunity to learn a specialized skillset.
Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
- Able to work a rotating swing shift (days and nights)
- Willing to work outdoors in an industrial environment
- Safety-focused and dependable
Nice To Haves
- Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or equipment operation is helpful
Responsibilities
- Work on elevated platforms above railcars during loading
- Monitor product flow, weight, and distribution
- Use remote equipment to help move railcars into position
- Perform quality checks to ensure clean and accurate loads
- Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection
