About The Position
Road & Rail Services is hiring Railcar Loaders in the Mulberry / Bone Valley area. This is a hands-on, physical role working in fertilizer operations where you'll help load product into railcars for shipment. If you're comfortable working outdoors, okay with heights, and looking for steady, long-term work, this is a strong opportunity to learn a specialized skillset.
Requirements
- Reliable people who show up and are ready to work.
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
- Able to work a rotating swing shift (days and nights).
- Willing to work outdoors in an industrial environment.
- Safety-focused and dependable.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or equipment operation is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Loading fertilizer into railcars and making sure everything is done safely and correctly.
- Working on elevated platforms above railcars during loading.
- Monitoring product flow, weight, and distribution.
- Using remote equipment to help move railcars into position.
- Performing quality checks to ensure clean and accurate loads.
- Following all safety procedures, including fall protection.
