About The Position
Pacific Rail Services is seeking self-motivated, dependable, and hard-working rail personnel to assist in the safe loading and unloading of intermodal double stack container trains at our Union Pacific Global II facility in Northlake IL. This role offers the opportunity to learn all job functions, including ground person, hostler driver, and crane operator, within an industry that promotes long-term stability.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and strength test.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Nice To Haves
- Construction or driving experience is a plus.
- Heavy equipment operating enthusiasts are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the safe loading and unloading of intermodal double stack container trains.
- Learn and perform ground person duties.
