About The Position

Pacific Rail Services is looking for full-time permanent Rail Terminal Operators to join their team at the BNSF Portland, OR Terminal. This is an entry-level position with no experience required, as all necessary training will be provided. The role is in a recession-proof industry. Both day and night shifts are available. The starting rate is $19.80/hr with available overtime, with the potential to earn $55,000 - $65,000 in the first year. Applicants must currently live within a 45-minute commute of Portland, OR, and out-of-area candidates or those requiring relocation will not be considered. This job is suitable for individuals seeking roles in warehousing, delivery driving, forklift operation, outdoor work, landscaping, or railyard operations. Employees will be directly employed by Pacific Rail Services, not the Railroad.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Able to pass a 7-year background check.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Able to pass a Physical Capabilities Test.
• Must currently live within a 45-minute commute of Portland, OR.
