Rail Terminal Operator
About The Position
Pacific Rail Services is seeking a Rail Terminal Operator to join their growing team at the Union Pacific Dupo, IL Terminal. Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old with a valid Driver’s License
- Able to pass a 7-year background check, drug test, and Physical Capabilities Test

Responsibilities
- Operate a jockey truck to maneuver 53ft trailers, containers, and chassis within the yard.
- Perform ground duties including climbing railcars, managing track locks, and handling Inner Box Connectors (IBCs).
- Assist in loading/unloading equipment with packer operators using hand signals.
- Participate in stacking/unstacking chassis and managing chassis racks.
- Other tasks as assigned.
