About The Position
Now Hiring: Entry-Level Rail Yard Position – Langhorne, PA Looking for a stable job in a recession-proof industry? We’re hiring immediately at the Norfolk Southern Morrisville Yard in Langhorne, PA! This is a full-time, permanent position with on-the-job training – no experience needed! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed. You’ll start as a Jockey Driver/Groundperson – a role that combines driving and ground work. If you prove to be safe and dependable, you can train to become a forklift or crane operator. There’s room to grow into leadership roles too!
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass a 7-year background check (no felonies in last 7 years or jail time in last 5).
- Pass a drug test & physical capabilities test.
- No diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
- Driving company vehicles safely around the yard.
- Spotting and parking intermodal freight trailers.
