Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience as RAI/MDS Nurse required.
Must be a licensed RN or LPN.

Conducting RAI/MDS assessments and care planning.
Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.
