About The Position
Mercy's Win From Within Program is offering opportunities for the Spring 2027 cohort at Mercy Springfield. This program is an education partnership with OTC SBU and includes programs like Respiratory. The program is designed to provide students with professional growth opportunities, financial assistance, and a smoother transition to practice post-graduation. Participants may be enrolled in healthcare pre-requisites or a Radiology/Imaging program. Previous transcripts and a letter of recommendation are required for consideration. This program is offered at Mercy Springfield. Participants will be required to work at least 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks), with employment positions varying by program. A contract will be signed, requiring participants to remain at the chosen Mercy facility for 1-3 years after graduation. The application deadline is November 15th, 2026.
