About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced acute care setting. The role involves patient care, radiographic imaging, and ensuring safety and quality standards across various clinical environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- Experience in ER, trauma, and OR settings
- Experience with portable imaging and pediatrics
- ARRT Certification (Required)
- Active NJ State Radiology License (Required)
- Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures and patient positioning
- Operate radiology equipment for routine and emergency imaging
- Perform portable X-rays (ER, OR, bedside)
- Assist physicians during procedures and contrast studies
- Ensure radiation safety and patient protection
- Process, label, and document images accurately
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
- Support scheduling and patient flow as needed
