Radiology Technologist Registered PRN Plus
About The Position
Performs diagnostic exams to assist in direct patient care within the organizational structure of radiology. Has a work commitment of at minimum 3 shifts within a 6-week period, including one weekend shift and one holiday (minor or major) within the same 6-week period. Call requirement is determined by the department. New hires/transfers at ACH, ACRH, and SLS have 60 days from their start date to obtain a Kansas LRT License by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts. In a Convenient Care/Imaging Center setting, may also assist other modalities and perform other duties as assigned. In an ASC setting, utilizes the C-Arm.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
- American Registry of Rad. Tech. (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Kansas LRT License by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts (within 60 days of start for ACH, ACRH, and SLS new hires/transfers).
Responsibilities
