About The Position

The Radiology Tech provides patient care services through diagnostic radiology exams and procedures using radiographic equipment as prescribed by physicians. The role applies principles of radiation protection and provides patient care essential to diagnostic radiology procedures. This is a PRN, as-needed position.

Requirements

• Complete radiologic technology training and be eligible to obtain ARRT certification in Radiology, if not already obtained.
• Hold BLS certification.
• If not already ARRT registered, take and pass the ARRT examination within one year of the start date.
• Demonstrate competency in the science and art of radiologic technology.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT registration.
