About The Position

The Radiology Tech provides patient care services by performing diagnostic radiology exams and procedures using radiograph equipment as prescribed by physicians. The role applies principles of radiation protection and provides patient care essential to diagnostic radiology procedures. This is a PRN, as-needed position.

Requirements

• Complete radiologic technology training and be eligible to obtain ARRT certification in Radiology, if not already obtained.
• Be BLS certified.
• Demonstrate competency in the science and art of radiologic technology.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited radiologic technology program.
• Be ARRT registered; if not registered, certification must be taken and passed within one year of the start date.
