About The Position
Operates X-ray and fluoroscopic equipment to produce routine radiographs of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Supports the operating room and surgeons by providing radiology equipment guidance and applying knowledge of OR protocols related to radiology equipment. The position performs intravenous, subdural, and arterial radiographic studies and works in hospital areas requiring autonomy and indirect supervision. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with patients, visitors, physicians, and other personnel.
- Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
